MKRANGES A utility for building ramped palettes. Usage: mkranges The input script is read a line at a time. Lines starting with '#' are ignored. Each line describes a ramp in the palette. There a five groups of numbers. Each group is sperated by white space. The numbers in each group are seperated by commas.
